2 Faced Biography
Hailing from Sydney’ Australia, two face is comprised of identical twins, Anthony and Michael, who at the age of 22 are creating a buzz not just in their home town, but across Oz. They are one of the only hard dance acts in the country to have a vinyl release at the moment, which was called “Oh Yeah” – originally signed up by KMA in late 2005, and then released on vinyl through Central Station Records on the Mixoloogy 8 EP. It has been going great guns across Oz and was also available internationally for a brief time, until they sold out.
Two Faced produce and dj, and have been djing since the age of 16 at parties and clubs. Some of their most recent gigs include residencies in Penrith and Newcastle, and gigs in Plastic, Sounds on Sunday, and played a massive set in Townsville on NYE, which the locals are still talking about. The boys are very musically diverse, and dj and produce many forms of dance, but their self confessed favourite styles are definitely trance and dirty house.
The boys are currently in the studio producing their next few releases, which will be released through KMA and feature remixes by some of the worlds best. So keep your ears peeled for this unique and talented duo, because they are definitely double the trouble and twice the hype!
